PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green ball processing device and method which have high mass-productivity.;SOLUTION: The green ball processing device includes: an upper processing surface plate unit and a lower processing surface plate unit. In a state where the upper processing surface plate unit is located at a first height position, the upper processing surface plate unit and the lower processing surface plate unit have an internal space for holding green balls between a first flat surface of the lower processing surface plate unit and a second flat surface of the upper processing surface plate unit. The upper processing surface plate unit includes an insertion portion for inserting green balls to the internal space at the first height position. The upper processing surface plate unit and the lower processing surface plate unit are configured so that green balls can be retained in the internal space when the upper processing surface plate unit is located at the first height position, and the green balls can be discharged from the space between the upper processing surface plate unit and the lower processing surface unit when the upper processing surface plate unit is located at a second height position. The lower processing surface plate unit includes a discharge portion for discharging the green balls from the first flat surface of the lower processing surface plate unit, and the discharge portion is constituted out of the range of the internal space.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
