Welding regulation system of welding methods and rebar rebar

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method of reinforcing-bar and a reinforcing-bar welding regulation system.SOLUTION: A welding method of reinforcing-bar includes steps of: determining a default position where reinforcing-bars on a jig seat cross each other and are arranged, and setting a default welding coordinate set at the crossing point of the reinforcing-bars; substantially crossing and arranging at least two reinforcing-bars at the default position on the jig seat, the at least two reinforcing-bars forming a first crossing point; acquiring an image including the first crossing point of the at least two reinforcing-bars; acquiring a coordinate of the first crossing point in the image; comparing the coordinate of the first crossing point with the default welding coordinate, and calculating a deviation between the first crossing point and the default welding coordinate; and regulating the coordinate of the first crossing point to an actual welding coordinate, when the deviation is not 0(zero). The reinforcing-bar welding regulation system includes a reinforcing-bar arrangement device, an image acquisition device, and an information processor, and performs the above-described method.
