REBAR WELDING JIG, REBAR WELDING DEVICE, AND REBAR WELDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rebar welding jig which enables operation required for welding to be stably conducted.;SOLUTION: A rebar welding jig 10 is applied to work for welding a newly-constructed rebar 102 to an existing rebar 101 and includes: a clamp 12 which is detachably fixed to the existing rebar 101; a ferrule 11 detachably fixed to the clamp 12; a ferrule holding part 18 which detachably fixes the ferrule 11 to the clamp 12; a position clamp 13 which is attached to a welding gun 2 and engages with the newly-constructed rebar 102 to which a biasing force F1 is applied to restrict movement of the newly-constructed rebar 102; and a positioning mechanism 14 which is attached to the welding gun 2 and maintains a distance between the clamp 12 and the welding gun 2 in a state where the newly-constructed rebar 102 contacts with the existing rebar 101.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
