PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming an ink backflow preventing body, and a method for forming the ink backflow preventing body excellent in visibility, impact resistance, backflow preventive performance, and ink following properties, capable of exhibiting sufficient writing performance, and optimum for a ball-point pen.;SOLUTION: The composition for forming the ink backflow preventing body is prepared by mixing a hydrocarbon-based release agent into a condensation curing silicone composition cured by moisture in air.
