The present invention provides an antifog surface treatment agent which has high antifog property with antifog property at high temperature and antifog property at low temperature, as well as the usethereof. The antifog surface treatment agent provided by the invention is composed of the following components: (A) non-ionic surfactant (sucrose fatty acid ester, etc.), (B) water-soluble macromolecule ((B1) vinypyrrolidone polymer, etc.) and (C) anionic surfactant (sulfonate, etc.). The water-soluble macromolecule (B) can also comprise polyoxyalkylene polymer (B2). Relatively to water-soluble macromolecule (B), the ratio of polyoxyalkylene polymer (B2) can be 1-40wt%.
