Enrichment of phosphopeptides in the composition according to fractionation on a ceramic hydroxyapatite

Phosphorylated peptide is extracted from the digest of the mixture of peptides and other biological fluids by fractionation on hydroxyapatite ceramic. For ceramic hydroxyapatite is readily available in a centrifuge, it allows rapid fractionation of a small amount of multiple samples, and thus enables a high throughput.
