Processing method of organic substances using microwave non-equilibrium plasma

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating organic substances, a decomposition treatment method of organic substances using nonequilibrium plasma, enabling to convert the organic substances into combustible gas with high efficiency. PSOLUTION: In the method, the inside of a plasma reaction tube is irradiated with microwave and oxygen supplied as reactant gas is made into the plasma state, biomass or organic waste liquid is charged into the reaction tube and subjected to the decomposition treatment. Most of the product after decomposition is obtained as combustible gas by adjusting the supply quantity of oxygen as the reactant gas, not enough to allow the equivalent reaction of the biomass or organic waste liquid.
