PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling Digitaria ciliaris, developing in Western turf such as bent grass, before its development to its growing period, which exerts no influence on the Western turf such as bent grass suffering from continuing stress by trimming with a machine or the like and tread pressure.;SOLUTION: By using 2', 3'-dichloro-4-ethoxymethoxybenzanilide, Digitaria ciliaris before development to growing period can be controlled due to its strong grass-killing power, completely without influence on the Western turf such as bent grass under the management in golf course or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
