PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a plurality of polymorphisms of UGT1A1 gene relating to severity of side actions of irinotecan with improved easiness, at lower cost, and higher accuracy and throughput, concretely to simultaneously detect the polymorphisms of UGT1A1*28 and *6 with improved easiness, at lower cost and higher accuracy.
