PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate parameters (a reproduction start threshold, a reproduction restart threshold, and a decode rate) of a media player having an influence on sensible quality.;SOLUTION: A player parameter estimation device stores reproduction log information of a reproduction application acquired from a terminal in log information storage means, stores a previously generated reproduction application model (player model), models the player model using four media player parameters of the reproduction start threshold, the reproduction restart threshold, a reproduction stop threshold, and a decode rate, and a limitless-length buffer and a fixed-rate decoder, and calculates the estimated value of the parameters on the basis of the reproduction log information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
