PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove ink before solidification, which is attached to fluff on a texture body surface of a material to be printed, while keeping a nap-raised state of the fluff.SOLUTION: An ink-jet printing device comprises: a print execution part 9 having a print head 10 for executing desired printing by discharging ink onto a printing side surface of a material to be printed T conveyed by a conveying device 7; an ink fixation part 11, which is provided at the downstream side of the print execution part in the conveying direction A, for solidifying and fixing the ink printed on the material to be printed; and an ink removal device 2, which is provided between the print execution part and the ink fixation part, for removing ink D adhered to fluff 27 before solidification when the material to be printed having the fluff 27 on a texture body surface 26 is printed by pigment ink. The ink removal device includes an ink removal member 31 for removing the ink adhered to the fluff by coming into contact with the fluff on the texture body surface.
