PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove ink before solidification, which is attached to fluff on a texture body surface of a material to be printed, and keep a nap-raised state of the fluff.SOLUTION: An ink-jet printing device comprises: a print execution part 9 having a print head 10 for executing desired printing by discharging ink C onto a printing side surface of a material to be printed T conveyed by a conveying device 7; an ink fixation part 11, which is provided at the downstream side of the print execution part in the conveying direction A, for solidifying and fixing the ink printed on the material to be printed; an ink removal device 2 having an ink removing member 31 for removing ink D adhering to fluff 27 by coming into contact with the fluff on a texture body surface 26; and a nap-raising action part 5 for making the fluff the nap-raised state prior to the ink removal by the ink removal device 2.
