PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic n-type semiconductor material having improved solubility in an organic solvent and great linking ability to a p-type semiconductor.;SOLUTION: A C60 fullerene derivative represented by formula (I) includes a condensed ring, wherein R1 is a perfluoroalkyl group, a perfluoroalkoxy group or perfluoropolyether group; and R2 is a specific pyrrolidine ring having an alkyl-containing phenyl group at the second position.
