Antibacterial hematoxylin solution and extended antibacterial hematoxylin solution

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved antimicrobial solution of a hematoxylin solution which is used in a pathological tissue examination, and dyes a cell nucleus of a tissue.;SOLUTION: In a 1500 ml Erlenmeyer flask, aluminum chloride (AlCl₃.6H₂O) 50 g is stirred for several seconds, and dissolved into 870 ml refined water (liquid A preparing process 1). Separately, in a 100 ml Erlenmeyer flask, hematoxylin 1.5 g is stirred for 1 minute, and dissolved into 30 ml ethanol (liquid B preparing process 2). The 1500 ml Erlenmeyer flask filled with a mixture formed by adding liquid B to liquid A is mounted on a magnetic stirrer, and the mixture is stirred for 10 minutes, and mixed (liquid C preparing process 3). Sodium iodate 0.3 g is added to liquid C, stirred for 30 minutes, and dissolved (liquid D preparing process 4). Glycerine 100 ml is added to liquid D, stirred for 10 minutes, and mixed (liquid E preparing process 5).
