Injection unit and its core adjustment method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection device capable of preventing a screw and a heating cylinder from coming into contact with each other during adjustment of a center, and a center adjusting method for the injection device.;SOLUTION: The injection device includes: a screw 31 arranged within the heating cylinder 33 rotatably and movably forwardly/backwardly; and a drive unit 32 including a drive shaft to drive the screw 31. The injection device further includes a center adjusting mechanism for aligning a shaft center S of the drive shaft 46 with a shaft center S of the screw 31. The drive unit 32 includes: a metering motor 42 rotating the screw 31; an injection motor 43 moving the screw 31 forwardly/backwardly; and injection frames 38, 39, 41 supporting the metering motor 42 and the injection motor 43. The adjusting mechanism can adjust the mounting position to the injection frames 38, 39, 41 of at least one of an end of the drive shaft 46 near to the screw 31 or the other end on the side opposite to the end.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
