PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a site cluster system and a site cluster method.;SOLUTION: The site cluster system may include a relevant site extraction unit for extracting relevant sites by use of a user site click log and a cluster generation unit for generating site clusters to the relevant sites having similar attributes by using the relationship of the extracted relevant sites.
