Comparison analysis method of data obtained by LC-MALDI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for spotting fractions of a sample separated by liquid chromatography (LC) at predetermined positions on a sample plate in a predetermined order, supplying the fractions to a tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) provided with an ionization section using a matrix-assisted laser desorption inonization (MALDI) method, and determining homology of the thus obtained precursor ions.;SOLUTION: The method includes a step determining having homology in the case when (1) a position on a sample plate where a precursor ion originated in a second sample is acquired with respect to a position on a sample plate where a precursor ion originated in a first sample is acquired satisfies a predetermined relationship, and (2) it is determined that both of the precursor ions have homology to each other by comparing a product ion group of the both of them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
