PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel device in a cold and hot water type floor radiation cooling and heating system in which a cold and warm water feed pipe can be arranged in a free shape easily.;SOLUTION: Protrusions 29 in a square shape having corners 26 shaped in a curved surface and small semicircular stoppers 28 protruded in a central upper end of each sidewall surface 27 are protruded in a staggered manner in a plurality of rows through the whole surface of an upper surface of a plate 25 at prescribed intervals so as to hold a cold and warm water feed pipe 12 between the adjacent protrusions 29 to be fitted and fixed. On the other hand, a plurality of ground fixing plates 31 with deep recesses 30 are vertically provided between the respective protrusions 29. Moreover, fixing members 33 of the cold and warm water feed pipe 12 are formed so as to form a ventilating passage 32 of cold (warm) air generated by air conditioning indoor equipment between the respective ground fixing plates 31 of a slab 21 when the ground fixing plates 31 are grounded on the slab 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
