PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipolar magnetic field sensor for a metal surface, a sensor system, and a manufacturing method of the multipolar magnetic field sensor for a metal surface capable of generating magnetic fields in three directions orthogonal to one another, even in space on wide surfaces such as a metal shelf, a metal box, a drawer, a cashbox and a metal desk and the like.;SOLUTION: A multipolar magnetic field sensor for a metal surface includes: a flat plate-like magnetic body 6; first coils Lx multiply wound around the magnetic body 6; and second coils Ly multiply wound around the magnetic body 6 so as to be orthogonal to the first coils Lx.
