Describes a procedure for the extraction of Oil fractions from oregano essential oil or other oil obtained from aromatic plants used temperatures wherein molecular short path Distiller with values between 25% and 70 degrees centigrade, Vacuum pressure Values between 65 and 85 mbar and Flows of food ranging from 1 ml / min and 3.0 ml / min.The particular conditions of the process can also be applicable to other essential oils of different species of aromatic plants. The process allows to separate the fractions of compounds with Antioxidant properties with oils of other components.
