Summary formulation of functional food with a component of plant of the genus Physalis and of the genus Salvia this invention describes a formulation of functional food comprising a combination of at least one component from plant of genus Physalis and at least one C Omponente of plant of the genus Salvia.Specifically, the present invention includes a yogurt comprising Physalis Peruvian plant component and component of the plant Salvia hispanica (also known as CHIA).The addition of such components has led to a significant increase in the viscosity of the final formulation, so as to dispense with the necessity of adding additives in the final formulation to increase the viscosity, such as texturing.
