Composition and kit for testing imunodiagnu00d3stico of paracoccidioidomicose using the protein pb4or and pb27r. The present invention describes a composition for testing the IMU nodiagnu00f3stico of paracoccidioidomicose (PCM), characterized by understanding the protein pb4or and pb27r more especificame. NTE, the invention includes the development of a kit for testing imunodiagnu00f3stico of PCM.From this invention it becomes possible to perform a serologic diagnosis efficiently for the paracoccidioidomicose. The degree of sensitivity and specificity obtained, especially with respect to patients with other fungal infections, the method is sensitive and reliable.
