The reinforcement implant has elongated shaft-like shape receiving sleeves (1,2) with ends. The releasable coupling element (3) for rigid connection is placed between the ends of elongated shaft-like shape receiving sleeve. The dimensions of the receiving sleeve are different from each other. Several mounting holes (15,16) are arranged in receiving sleeve. The tip of attachment screw is made of hard metal. An independent claim is included for method for implanting reinforcement implant.
