We designed and built a Spear used for implementing Solutions of agricultural inputs below the soil surface, the root System of crops based on a conventional manual spray of supported on the back of the operator, Innovating In agricultural Spraying system is to achieve the intended purpose.The Design procedure included: (a) Reform of the tip of the Spear, giving the configuration with an Injector to make Applications below the soil surface.A depth dependent of the degree of Compaction of the soil; (b) determine the handling system of pressures and volumes to ensure identical quantities of inputs of interestTo ensure an equal dosage for each plant in cultivation; (c) to design and build the coupling of the Spear Reformed with the Tank and the pressure system of the conventional spray back and (d) to define the conditions for Performance of the Mechanical System of the fumigator and Spear InjectorSo the integral operation of equipment to provide the performance required by the Application procedure of Agrochemical Solutions injected into the soil. To achieve the proposed design was necessary to find and use different elements and Materials offered by the national and international market to achieve the simple equipment, reliable and Economic was sought.
