The system includes a product for mounting the test sample (1) above which is in rotary and sliding the first arm (3) arranged X-ray tube (4). In the direction of radiation diffracted by the test sample (1) is positioned cassette (5) with an x-ray detector. Part of the system is an external scanner (9), the reading unit with He-Ne laser and a computer (10) with the software image analyzer. On the x-ray tube (4) is fixed adjustable second arm (6) mounted optoNCDT sensor (7) interconnected with the control unit (8). Fixture for mounting the test sample (1) comprises a positioning system (2) with six degrees of freedom consisting of six motorized displacement. This is the first shift (2.1) for lifting the test sample (1) in the axis (Z) on which is screwed a pair of mutually perpendicular second motorized feed (2.2) for moving the axis (X) and third motorized feed (2.3) for feed axis (Y). The third displacement (2.3) is a pair of mutually perpendicular lower motorized goniometer (2.4) and an upper motorized goniometer (2.5) for tilting the test sample (1) in two mutually perpendicular axes (.psi..sub.xn) and (.psi. .sub.yn). On the upper motorized goniometer (2.5) is arranged a rotary table (2.6). Positioning system (2) is remotely controlled by the control computer (10).
