COMBINATION THERAPY, INCLUDING ANTIHYALURONANE AGENT AND TAXAN, AIMED AT THE TREATMENT TARGET

This document provides for combination (combination) therapy, containing an anti-hyaluronic agent, such as a polymer conjugated with a hyaluronan degrading enzyme, and a taxane targeting a tumor, and, optionally, an additional chemotherapeutic agent, such as a nucleoside analogue. Combination therapy can be used in methods for treating cancer, in particular solid cancer tumors.
