Pre-formed formwork for forming a concrete floor slab for a building structure from a height-adjustable transport container. Said preformed formwork 100 comprises a frame comprising spaced side beams 102, 104, spaced end beams 101, 103 and support means of a forklift truck 106 that are evenly spaced from the center of the frame passing between spaced side beams 102, 104. In the inner area of the frame is reinforcement 107, which is attached to the inner surface of the side and end beams 101, 102, 103, 104. The wall holding member on the outer surface of the side and end beams is designed to accommodate, support and attaching part of the wall panel to the end and side beams. Columns 105 are connected to the corners of the frame and rest on them. The preformed formwork has dimensions equal to the floor area of a standard transport container, and thus, the preformed formwork is configured to quickly and easily transport inside a height-adjustable transport container containing building components, and is configured to quickly and easily install and assemble, or as the floor of the first floor, or as the floor of the upper floor of a building structure before forming a concrete slab from it.
