The invention relates to the field of pharmacology and medicine, specifically to a new generation of anti-cancer drugs with a cytostatic effect based on docetaxel. Docetaxel is included in bioavailable stable nanoparticles in the composition of the invented preparation. Nanoparticles contain docetaxel, PLGA, serum albumin and D-mannitol. The developed drug is supposed to be made in the form of gastroresistant tablets, capsules, granules, powder or in any other oral form.
