The inventive technical results are aimed at enhancement of effectiveness of anesthesia, reducing traumatic injures and appearing side effect risks. The claimed method for carrying out local anesthesia in minor gynecological operations is characterized in that local anesthetic from an amide group is injected into the submucosal layer of neck of womb, at points of watches of conventional dial plate.
