For the simple increase of the thermal insulation, the electrical insulation and the like, according to the invention a film section (8) which is manufactured without the removal of material from a plastic film is attached on the outer circumference (7) of the outer ring (3) over at least part of its axial width and at least over part of the outer circumference (7).
