pThere is described an automation module (1) for the manual introduction and pick up of biological specimens to be directly urgently interfaced with a testing module (6) for laboratory diagnostics, comprising a pair of main lanes (2) and one of secondary lanes (3) on which carrying devices (5) travel for carrying tubes (10) containing said biological specimens. The automation module (1) is provided with separate points (100, 200) for the introduction and the pickup of said tubes (10) into/from said carrying devices (5), said points (100, 200) being along the secondary lane (3) opposite to that interfaced with said testing module (6)./p
