pThe Test Bench is designed to suit the testing requirements of the Brake Control Valve unit of Wheels & Brake Systems of various aircrafts. The Rig comprises a test stand with mounting fixture universally designed to accept Brake Control Valve from various aircrafts. The Rig design includes a hydraulic circuit comprising of various elements like Tank with accessories. Pump with Motors, Hand pump, various controls , measuring device and indicators, counters etc for proof pressure test, leakage test & Functional test (Endurance Test) of the unit for new production, overhauling and repair./p
