The adaptive immune system allows a higher immune response to be obtained, as well as the establishment of the immunological memory, where each pathogen is remembered by an antigen characteristic of this pathogen in particular. The T cells recognize a strange target, as a pathogen, manly after the antigens (small fragments of pathogens) have been processed and presented in com bination with an own receptor. Included is a normal saline solution of 80% to 90% exclusively for being used in tissue culturing, which is sterilized by the membrane and free of pyrogens. All these components are mixed in an amber glass container of 100ml, with 50 ml of solution under a range of 40 ml to 60 ml.
