Pharmaceutical formulations may alternatively comprise, cabazitaxel, solubilizer, optionally one or more agents having a pKa of about 3 to about 6, and optionally one or more antioxidizing agents, wherein, the formulations are substantially free of poiysorbates and polyethoxylated castor oil, 'these formulations may be combined with a diluent, which comprises TPGS and one or more hydrotropes.
