The present invention refers to a process for obtaining a material formed by an agglomerate of aseptic containers, the material is based on 17%-20% of aluminum, 13%-15% of cardboard and 65%-70% of low density polyethylene, materials that are present in most aseptic containers. This material is formed by at least 3 layers of particles of the three materials aforementioned, of no more than 0.5mm of diameter arranged in plates of 10mm of thickness obtained by thermal compression at 170° and 10T of pressure, which under the same process a single layer of 10mm of thickness is subsequently formed. The thickness and number of inner layers that form the final layer may vary depending on the needs of the final application of the material.
