1. Use the Anexina A1, Regula and IGZ genes to determine the effectiveness of vaccines susceptible to salmon infectious anemia in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar)
Using genes selected from the group consisting of Annexin Regul and IgZ which serve as predictors to determine the effectiveness of vaccines in phenotypes susceptible to infectious salmon anemia (ISA) in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), quantifying the expression profile these genes using PCR analysis in real time, and where a sample with an expression pattern to cohabitation defiance to ISA do not show statistically significant difference when compared to the pattern of expression of these genes in a control sample without defiance, is indicative of an effective vaccine for susceptible to ISA phenotype, namely with a character that shows as characteristic, a mortality greater than 50% for the ISA virus and heritability of said character less than or equal to 0.34.
