The invention relates to a composition, in particular a pharmaceutical preparation, preferably for the therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of digestive problems or disturbances, in particular digestive malfunctions, meteorism, flatulence, colic, bloating, stomach pressure, excessive gas formation in the stomach/intestinal tract, or the like, wherein the composition contains - in combination and each in effective amounts, in particular pharmaceutically effective amounts - (a) at least one polysiloxane, (b) peppermint oil, (c) anise oil, (d) fennel oil, and (e) caraway oil.
