This paper describes a system and method for measuring the response of the emission of chlorophyll a in vivo fluorescu00cancia to changes in light intensity, designated as response curves in the light, as a rapid and not sequentially.The method is based on the combination of projecu00c7u00c3o in the sample a set of light beams separated spatially, different intensity, called the mask of light, using a digital projector, with the measurement of fluorescu00cancia chlorophyll is emitted as a response to each bundle of Lu Z by a fluoru00d3metro image.This method allows the measurement of the light curves constituu00cddas by measurements not sequential and temporally independent; a high speed of implementation; the possibility to define and control with great flexibility to the range of intensity and colorau00c7u00c3o of light to be applied.
