The present invention describes a method of preparation of COCRISTAJS that is scaleable, free of solvents and which allows the production of cocristas in the form of particles. THE METHOD OF PREPARATION OF COCRYSTS UNDERSTANDS THE FOLLOWING STEPS: A) FOOD OF A MIXED MIXTURE, OF AT LEAST ONE FIRST SUBSTANCE AND ONE SECOND SUBSTANCE THAT ARE ABLE TO FORM COCRISTAL, TO AN ATOMIZER; B) ATOMIZATION OF THE REFERRED MIXTURE FILLED IN DROPS; C) SOLIDIFICATION OF THE REFERENCE DROPS IN PARTICLES; D) COLLECTION OF THE REFEREEED PARTICLES. The invention also describes the use of coca cultivars produced according to the method of preparation of the invention in the formulation of a pharmaceutical composition. The invention also describes cachets which may be obtained or which have been obtained in accordance with the method of preparation of the invention, in particular cocoons in the form of particles. Accordingly, there is also set forth a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds obtained according to the method of the invention, in particular a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds of the form of particles obtained in accordance with the method of the present invention.
