The invention relates to a system for evaluating, measuring and analyzing the mictional flow-rate in neurogenic bladder, after a vertebro-medullary trauma, employed to determine the dynamics of mictional evolutions which are needed for knowing both the pathological state and the response to treatment. According to the invention, the system comprises at least one tube () which is arranged so that it samples urine from a patient, each tube () transmitting the urine to be collected into a graduated plastic bag () and being connected to a urinary tract catheter, a urine flow sensor module () being placed within the tube () to enable wireless communication with a central monitoring unit () provided with a timer and comprising a calibration data base ().
