摘要

The invention relates to an installation for the microwave irradiation of a biological material concomitantly with the analysis of said material under a reversed microscope with fluorescence module. According to the invention, the installation comprises four structurally and functionally complex components: a reversed microscope with fluorescence module provided with a computerized system consisting of a video camera, a computer and a monitor for observation, video shooting and image storing, a thermometer with optical fiber submerged in the biological material for measuring, displaying and recording the temperature continuously, a microwave generator of 2450 MHz which generates microwaves with controllable power and a microwave irradiation system by which the power absorbed by the biological sample is monitored. The invention also relates to a process for viewing, video shooting and storing the dynamics of morphological and functional changes of cells, comprising 6 stages, by which there are obtained microscopic images induced by the microwave exposure in the visible spectrum and in fluorescence.
