The invention relates to a method and a system for quick detection, identification and quantitative evaluation of biomarkers specific to certain diseases, from biological fluids. The claimed method of detection, identification and quantitative evaluation consists in determining the existance of biomarkers specific to certain diseases, identifying the type of biomarker detected and accurately evaluating the amount of biomarker within the sample. The system for quick detection, identification and quantitative evaluation of biomarkers specific to certain diseases consists of a combined stochastic micro sensor () coming into contact with the biological fluid and electrical connection elements () by which it is connected to a signal acquisition electronic module () which takes over, amplifies, filters and digitizes the electric signal into data to be digitally transmitted to a local computer system () running a specialized software application () which analyzes the data received from the acquisition module (), generates aggregated information and transmits the processed information via a data modem () to a central analysis and diagnostic server ().
