摘要

An electromagnetic transducer for integrated control of structural and stress-strain state of construction material of ferromagnetic steels comprises a system for reversal magnetization of controlled material, magnetosensitive element for the determination of magnetic Barkhausen noise parameters and/or magnetosensitive element for the determination of reversal magnetization hysteresis loop parameters. In addition the transducer comprises a sensor of anisotropy of magnetic properties of material in controlled zone as a system for excitation of primary electromagnetic field which axes are perpendicular to working surface, and at least one pair of sensors of secondary electromagnetic field that are arranged axially relative to the system for excitation of primary electromagnetic field and at equal distance. Sensitivity axes of sensors are oriented at right angle to working surface, and lines connecting axes of sensors of each pair to axis of excitation windings form ninety-degree angle.
