THE METHOD OF CORRECTION OF THE DYSLIPIDEMIA IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN COMBINATION WITH NONALCOHOLIC STEATOHEPATITIS

The method of correction of the dyslipidemia in patients with myocardial infarction in combination with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis includes the use of the combination of the atorvastatin drug and the preparation of the ursodeoxycholic acid on the background of the basic therapy. Depending on the indices of the lipidohramy the atorvastatin is administered orally at a dose of 40 mg/day after eating for the night, and ursodeoxycholic acid is administered orally at a dose of 15 mg/kg per day in 2 divided doses during 9 months.
