Rod repositioning device for external fixation device for osteosynthesis contains the screw rods, cylindrical support on which a few sliders with clamping elements are placed with possibility of fixing to it, and the sliders are connected with help of the bearing brackets with clamps of rods. The clamping elements of the sliders and the clamps of the rods are made of the aluminum alloys, mainly duralumin, the surface layers of which are hardened by the reinforced method of the microarc oxidation to the depth of 0.1-0.2 mm and a roughness Rz within 25-12,5 mcm.
