METHOD OF LEFT-SIDED HEMICOLECTOMY AT THE ACUTE BLEEDING CANCER IN THE LEFT HALF OF THE COLON

Method of left-sided hemicolectomy at the acute bleeding cancer in the left half of the colon consists of stages of mobilization of the left half of the colon and the implementation of the lymphidossection. All stages of the mobilization of the left half of the colon are performed with high-frequency welding electrocoagulator EKVZ-300 PATONMED using the specialized bipolar electrosurgical tools. At that the tissues array is forced together using the electrodes of the welding tool and the welding high-frequency current source is plugged. After the full implementation of the cycle of program of the process welding management and disconnect of the power the captured tissues are released and bloodlessly cut.
