METHOD OF IMPOSITION OF THE COLOSTOMY IN THE ACUTE INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION

Method of imposition of the colostomy in the acute intestinal obstruction involves the removal of the affected part of the bowel, the suturing of the distal end, the output of the proximal end through the separate incision in the anterior abdominal wall, fixing it with seams to its tissues and skin, the opening of the intestinal lumen and emptying of the intestinal content. The bowel is exteriorized above the skin with length of 4.0-5.0 cm, into the bowel lumen is introduced the cylindrical ring-frame with diameter, corresponding to the inner diameter of the bowel, having the 3.0-4.0 cm of width. On the bowel is imposed the temporary 17 cm long rubber elastic drainage tube for withdrawal of the intestinal content, then tied and its proximal end is fixed to the intracolonic ring-frame with circularly elastic rubber ligature at the skin level.
