METHOD FOR THE PREDICTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PURULO-NECROTIC COMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC FOOT SYNDROME

A method for the prediction of the development of purulo-necrotic complications in patients with diabetic foot syndrome involves the determination of risk factors with further quantitative assessment thereof. Prior to operation a fibrinogen level is determined in patient according to results of clinico-instrumental examination and blood biochemical analysis, lymphocytic-granulocytic index is calculated, lower limb operations and prescription of insulin therapy in anamnesis are taken into account.
