METHOD FOR TREATING PERIHILAR CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA

The method for treating perihilar cholangiocarcinoma comprises the resection of hepatocholedoch with cancer and fashioning of bihepatojejunoanastomosis. The hepatocholedoch is rejected at the level of the confluence of the lobular ducts. Furthermore, pencreatoduodenal resection by Roux technique and carcass drainage of anastomosis area are performed.
