摘要

A method for estimation of effect of metabolitotropic agents on osmotic fragility of erythrocytes in rat blood in dichloroethane hepatitis involves blood examination. Toxic hepatitis is simulated, on fifth day of experiment dichloroethane injection is stopped, and for 10 days selenase is injected intragastrically to animals in dose of 50 mg/kg, and the preparations in dose of 100 mg/kg, osmotic fragility is estimated on 20 day, results obtained are compared to control, and effect of metabolitotropic agents on osmotic fragility of erythrocytes is estimated when indices are changed.
